At VibraLung we have a network of users that we can call on to help you through the first month of if you are still unsure about the purchase we can give you a phone number of an end user that you can talk to.

After receipt of the VibraVM we ask you to charge the device and then call the sales rep. At the first meeting we walk you through the various operational modes and provide you insite into the acclimation of your pet. At the end of the first week we quiz you about the progress of the treatments. We also call you and the end of the second week, third and forth weeks. At the end of the second month, we again quiz you on the condition of the animal. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of your pet.
