Your VibraVM™ Acoustic Percussor

The VibraVM™ Acoustic Percussor consists of an Operating Manual, Battery Chargers, a hand-held Device Body, six Diaphragms, Bio-Bags and Nose Pieces, and a DVD, Warranty card and Carrying Case.

There are two user control buttons; On/Off and Mode. The On/Off button toggles the VibraVM™ Acoustic Percussor on and off. The Mode button toggles between Massage and Auto modes of operation. There are two sets of indicator lights, the Progress indicator, and the Power and Mode indicators. The Progress indicator lights show treatment progress when the device is in operation and battery charging progress when charging the batteries. The Mode indicator lights show what Mode the device is operating in; Low, High or Massage, and the Power indicator shows when the device is operating.

Modes of Operation

The VibraVM™ Acoustic Percussor has three Modes of Operation. There are two Pre-programmed Auto-modes; Low and High. Low is generally for large animals although once the large-airway passages are clear, High may be beneficial in clearing smaller passages. The High mode is also for smaller animals. The difference is in the range of frequencies generated. In “Massage mode”, a range of frequencies are broadcast simultaneously producing “white noise”. This provides a second means of delivering acoustic percussion over a wider range of frequencies to resonate the bronchi and mucus plugs while gently massaging and potentially relaxing airway passages.
